General

We accept both appointments and walk-ins for your convenience.

Applying is super easy! You can complete your application online at your convenience. We give you several ways to apply online through our website. If you need any assistance along the way, just reach out!

Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes anywhere from just 24 -48 hours. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!

We offer 12-month leases as our standard, with 6-month lease options available in certain circumstances.

You can pay your rent online or in person at the office in Anchorage.

While renter's insurance is not required, we highly recommend it for your protection.

Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.

To set up your utilities, simply contact the local electric provider (MEA). All other utilities will be billed through your resident portal on a monthly basis and can be paid along with your rent.

We offer a few options for internet and cable, with GCI being the most prevalent provider in the area.

Our property offers laundry facilities, off-street parking, and is within walking distance to a park for your convenience and enjoyment.

Yes, we offer dedicated parking spaces in front of each building, complete with plug-in poles for your convenience.

We have an on-site laundry room for your convenience.

Pet Policy

Yes, we are pet-friendly! We allow up to 2 pets per unit, with a 100 lb. weight limit per pet. Additionally, there is a park located right behind the property for your pets to enjoy!

Location

Our community is uniquely located at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering a peaceful setting with a park and walking trails right outside. We’re also conveniently situated behind shopping centers and restaurants, providing the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility.

We’re located in the Eagle River School District.

The nearest grocery store is Safeway, just up the street!

Maintenance

Yes, we offer 24/7 on-site maintenance. Work orders are sent directly to our technician for prompt attention.

You can submit work orders through your resident portal, or contact the Manager via email or phone for assistance.

You don’t need to be present. Work orders include an option to give permission for entry, so you can go about your day while we take care of the work.
